Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 – 7 years of healthcare administration/strategic planning/financial planning/management consulting experience required or equivalent experience - at the department’s discretion
  • Knowledge of professionally billing information and revenue cycle
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Excel skills required
  • Extensive knowledge of HIPAA Standards and Policies
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic and operational guidance to Physician and Administrative Leadership responsible for growth and access of the NYP Medical Groups
  • Perform financial planning analysis to support physician recruitment
  • Perform business intelligence reporting across productivity, access and other physician practice KPIs delivering insights to guide Senior Administration decision making
  • Work with operations and clinical leads to execute on strategic initiatives to drive performance improvement
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and/or EPIC reporting
