Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Candidates must have a deep understanding of electronic discovery and litigation support, typically gained through at least 5-7 years in relevant positions with law firms, corporate legal departments, or electronic discovery service providers.
  • Candidates must have proven leadership and staff development skills to motivate personnel and support their professional growth.
  • Candidates must have demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Candidates must have oral and written communication skills to provide confident leadership.
  • Candidates must have strong critical thinking skills and be able to efficiently gather and process information for problem solving and resolution in response to client inquiries, deadlines, and project management.
  • Candidates must have previous client relationship skills, including the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt company capabilities to meet client requirements.
  • Candidates must understand the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
  • Candidates must be able and willing to work extended periods, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, develop, and manage the assigned Client Services Team.
  • Be accountable for the overall success of the Client Services team and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives and own the service delivery relationship for assigned projects.
  • Serve as the internal and external point of contact for projects and issue resolution across company functions.
  • Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
  • Partner with clients to establish best practices that meet specific needs and address prioritization issues.
  • Advise on and execute complex issue resolution through internal remediation processes to drive client satisfaction.
  • Participate in planning and executing project initiatives, drive process improvement, and coordinate continual status updates on project objectives.
  • Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy by verifying requirements and communicating routinely with clients and internal partners.
  • Manage and report to clients on project budgets, revenue forecasting, and financial status.
  • Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal partners to deliver project objectives professionally and with superior quality.
  • Work with operational departments to customize and continually enhance service quality.
  • Coordinate agendas, execution, and action items from recurring client business reviews in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop subject matter expertise relating to client-specific tools and software.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts, act as an escalation point for client concerns, and partner on client initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • A graduate degree such as a Juris Doctor degree or Master of Business Administration is a plus.
  • Relevant electronic discovery or project management certifications are preferred.
  • Relativity Certified Administrators are strongly preferred.
