  • 2+ years of experience using either SQL or Python, and Microsoft tools: Visual Basic, SharePoint, 365 Power Platform, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop of new automation solutions and be responsible for on-time delivery of all required tasks
  • Partner with internal customers to assess needs and design solutions to improve efficiencies by automating repetitive and/or manual processes; improve controls through standardization of workflows
  • Research and recommend new and existing technologies to meet business needs, including creating prototypes, design documents, and solution designs
  • Identify areas of opportunity for new automation and continuous improvement
  • Plan and execute secure, good practice data management strategies and approaches
  • Continuous improvement; provide end-user technical support and performance-tune automated processes as necessary
  • Manage work request queue in accordance with team Project Management Office (PMO) policies and internal ticket tracking Support Center; ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the team on required support related to automation
  • Establish and maintain related business data specifications and requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data standards
  • You will assist in leading in RPA, Power Apps, VBA (Microsoft Excel), Python and SQL automation of manual processes
  • You will enhance your proficiency on requirements gathering, automating, developing, testing and system operability
  • You will further develop your knowledge and practical skills around these technologies: VBA / SQL / Azure / RPA (UiPath) / Python
