Kuros Biosciences drops 25.6% YTD — but DCF model suggests 70% undervaluation at $22.43

Kuros Biosciences shares have declined 0.8% over the past week and 17.1% over the past year, despite strong three-year gains exceeding 10-fold. The stock currently trades at CHF 19.85, with a valuation score of 4 out of 6. A discounted cash flow analysis estimates the company's intrinsic value at US$66.17 per share, suggesting the stock is 70% undervalued at current levels. The Swiss biotech company recorded a free cash flow loss of US$2.65 million over the latest twelve months. Analyst projections anticipate free cash flow reaching US$30.02 million in 2026 and US$73.42 million in 2028, extending to 2035. The valuation relies heavily on these future cash flow expectations rather than current cash generation. The recent pullback has prompted investors to reassess whether the stock still offers value.
