A Little About Us
Asset Management: Our Asset Management team provides our business partners and key collaborators with the operational support, supply and demand forecast, standard processes and reporting and analysis for senior leaders on critical metrics.
Project Management: Our Project/Program Management team provides support to teams working on various projects and initiatives within the CIO organization.
A Lot About You
The ideal candidate will work within a small team setting to equip Yahoos with corporate standard software, hardware, and mobile solutions . We create strategies working closely with our vendors to ensure timely planning and delivery of assets, maintain best-in-class processes and procedures, and work cross-functionally across the various teams on projects and initiatives to ensure the highest quality of service for our stakeholders.
You are actively enrolled in an Associates/Bachelors program and have a strong record of academic achievement
You are able to complete an 8-12 week full-time internship
You love to have fun, are a tech junkie, and use our products regularly
You demonstrate strong social skills, attention to detail, and use creative problem solving to find workable solutions
Works independently with minimal guidance and direction
Willingness to learn and improve, both yourself and your surroundings
You are a self starter with excellent project management and analytical skills with the ability to help drive and implement new ideas in a multifaceted environment.
An avid problem solver who has the capability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
You are passionate about helping others with an interest in technology and/or media
Your Day
Assist users and partners with asset requests
May participate in small project teams or project phases/workstreams of larger scope
Recommend modifications to our processes and procedures
Help us to identify a gold standard for current methodologies and implementations
Get involved in the intern outings, workshops, and trainings we have available
Present your work to leadership and network with your fellow interns

The compensation for this position ranges from $45,760.00 - $135,200.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives. Yahoo provides industry-leading benefits including healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave and an employee assistance program. Yahoo has a high degree of flexibility around employee location and hybrid working. In fact, our flexible-hybrid approach to work is one of the things our employees rave about. Most roles don’t require specific regular patterns of in-person office attendance.
