Team Lead Identity & Access Management

Job Description

• Lead a team of identity and access management specialists.
• Be responsible for the administration and optimization of technical, highly privileged, and normal users. Ensure security monitoring, maintenance, and the further development of these structures.
• Actively develop our IAM architecture and continuously improve processes in the area of identity and access management.
• Manage and coordinate the onboarding of new applications into the IAM system, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with all security and compliance requirements.
• Design our long-term system strategy.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in identity and access management.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM architecture, processes, IT compliance, and regulations
• Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
