Requirements
  • 5+ years managing recruiting teams at a high growth company (with an emphasis on technology) and 8+ years of overall recruiting experience
  • Previous experience helping build engineering, data science, and related organizations
  • Genuinely believes in the mission of Nuna and what we are building
  • Great listener, deeply empathetic, and constantly seeking to do what's best for Nuna
  • Is a learner, not a knower
  • Effective at partnering with team members at all levels (including executive team and founders)
  • Takes a data driven approach to understand the recruiting organization, and evaluate what's working (and what isn't)
Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior team to develop, teach, and evangelize workforce planning for company wide recruitment and growth
  • Provide strategic direction to executive team on growth, recruiting, and related Talent topics
  • Drive effective decision making and business strategy with meaningful data and metrics
  • Recruit top talent both across the company and specifically on the recruiting team
  • Ensure hiring plans are tightly aligned with overall company initiatives and goals
  • Inspire and grow Nuna's exceptional team of world class recruiters
  • Evaluate current recruiting infrastructure and tool set, implementing new tools and systems as needed to deliver desired results (sourcing tools, ATS, scheduling tools, etc)
  • Work closely and collaborate with Benefits and Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous startup recruiting experience preferred
