Requirements
  • Deep, hands-on experience writing curriculum, running certifications, and teaching for sales training and onboarding.
  • Experience building differentiated training and onboarding journeys for sales roles including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers.
  • Experience ramping to certifiable fluency on unfamiliar product lines and building certification programs across multiple distinct product lines.
  • Experience personally facilitating certification sessions and bootcamp weeks with quota-carrying sellers.
  • Ability to measure training performance using ramp time, time-to-first-deal, and certification quality.
  • Ten-plus years of experience in commercial roles, with the most recent portion leading training or onboarding for a sales function in a multi-product portfolio.
Responsibilities
  • Run sales training and onboarding for Epsilon hands-on.
  • Write the curriculum and operate the certification path that turns new hires into ramped sellers, as well as ongoing learning that keeps the field current.
  • Build and operate the seller onboarding journey across Account Executive, Account Manager/Customer Success Manager, Sales Development Representative, and Sales Engineer/Solutions Consulting roles.
  • Co-ramp Account Executives and Sales Engineers on shared deal scenarios and account for vertical buyer differences in the certification path.
  • Stand up role-based certification through live discovery and pitch demonstrations against realistic Epsilon scenarios, judged by Sales Leadership and Pre-Sales.
  • Translate Epsilon’s portfolio into seller-ready narratives, pitch content, discovery questions, and objection handling across data, identity, retail media, customer relationship management, loyalty, and programmatic offerings.
  • Own ongoing learning separately from onboarding and build re-certification paths for tenured field representatives.
  • Align ongoing-learning content to launches, methodology changes, and field signals from win-loss analysis, delivering it through the existing platform.
  • Build coaching guides, deal-inspection prompts, and talking points to connect training with frontline manager coaching.
  • Measure completion, certification rates, methodology adoption visible in the customer relationship management system, time-to-first-deal, ramping representative productivity, early-deal win rate, and voluntary attrition in the first 18 months.
  • Partner with the content lead on shared infrastructure, with the Senior Vice President of Growth Operations on the function’s scorecard, and with Sales Leadership on operating cadence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building onboarding from scratch rather than modifying an existing program.
  • A demonstrated record of helping sales representatives ramp faster than the organizational average, supported by data.
  • Ability to distinguish training that affects deal outcomes from training that only produces favorable survey responses.
  • Experience converting product-marketing enablement materials into concise seller-ready messaging across multiple product lines.
  • Ability to design practical coaching prompts with frontline sales managers.
  • Comfort operating within a function that is still being shaped and delivering value without waiting for the organizational structure to settle.
