Requirements
  • The candidate must be based in Montreal or Toronto.
  • The candidate must have at least two years of experience in an operations, corporate strategy, or consulting role.
  • Experience in healthcare, a startup environment, and/or customer experience is an asset.
  • The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field.
  • The candidate must have strong project and operations management skills and be able to lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution.
  • The candidate must have experience in data analysis, business-case development, and cost analysis.
  • The candidate should have an interest in team management and coordinating large cross-functional teams.
  • The candidate must be able to provide clear strategic thinking and strong operational problem-solving skills in a proactive and collaborative manner.
  • The candidate must be highly organized, rigorous, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate must be able to work in the office at least three days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Support priority strategic initiatives by providing analyses, summaries, and execution support to generate operational impact.
  • Identify and support the implementation of initiatives to improve operational efficiency, member experience, and provider experience.
  • Provide financial, operational, and data analyses to support strategic direction and evaluation.
  • Provide operational advice in developing and prioritizing new and improved processes across medical programs, promoting data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and monitor and support responses to primary care inquiries on internal channels to support cross-functional initiatives and discovery work.
  • Become a content expert for medical operations.
