  • Executive level technical experience with 7 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Master’s Degree or higher in a related field, equivalent experience/certification, or substantial equivalent occupational experience.
  • Two years of experience using Microsoft Office™.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and update acquisition policies and business practices related to intellectual property.
  • Advise and consult on complex technical or programmatic issues related to intellectual property within complex weapons systems.
  • Analyze and negotiate intellectual property rights for the government or government contractors.
  • Support DoD organizations regarding intellectual property rights.
  • Deliver professional briefings to Flag Officers, General Officers, and members of the Senior Executive Service.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on intellectual property matters to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of IP policies, guides, regulations, or handbooks.
