- The ability to actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property.
- The ability to patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel and confront any situations or persons that require investigation.
- The ability to handle and document accidents and any questionable individuals on the premises.
- The ability to implement all policies, procedures and instructions regarding security and safety.
- The ability to assist in implementing preventive safety and security programs.
- The ability to document all incidents occurring in the hotel in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities and insurance requirements. And in documenting such activities remain objective, and write comprehensive reports.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Control the access and egress to and from areas of the Hotel and Residences which are under Four Seasons supervision.
- Protect company assets from theft, fire, damage and assist in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location.
- Participate in the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
- Establish, promote and maintain the Hotel’s security and property protection.
- Be available 24-hours a day as part of the Security Team.
- Preferred experience in CPR, first aid and fire prevention.
