Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program at an accredited US based university or college
  • Must be a Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in undergrad
  • Must be enrolled full-time in the Fall Semester at an accredited university/college after the completion of the internship
  • Must be able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August
  • Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of data visualization experience OR
  • High School Degree and 6+ years of data visualization experience
Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders from Departments to support data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze data
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Departments
  • Transform data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals including dashboards, charts, and infographics
  • Recommends data collection and visualization tools to automate data collection
  • Showcase your work with a final poster board presentation near the conclusion of your internship

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to identify issues and seek solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace
  • Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with and/or certification for data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot, QuickSight, etc) and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience creating high-volume databases for enterprise-grade solutions
  • Experience working in cross-functional project teams and with large design efforts. Proven, advanced data modeling and translation skills for high-performance physical database design
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities and manage multiple projects
  • Exemplary communication skills, able to develop positive working relationships and strong rapport with team members, and interact with a diverse community of colleagues and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of virtualization techniques and technologies to facilitate the development of highly scalable, multi-tenant SaaS offerings
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Planisware, SalesForce, MS Excel & Visio is a plus
