  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or enterprise health systems sector.
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer marketing at a growth-stage company.
  • Proven track record of creating impactful partner success stories and educational content.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the challenges clinicians and healthcare organizations face.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear and compelling customer education in a variety of formats (i.e. user guides, decks, short videos)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop compelling partner success stories through case studies, testimonials, videos, and other formats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (clients) to understand their needs, identify advocacy opportunities, and create co-marketing initiatives.
  • Develop engaging and effective educational content and onboarding materials tailored to various customer segments and learning styles.
  • Deliver premium, customized marketing materials to our strategic accounts, ensuring a personalized and high-touch experience.
  • Handle the day-to-day execution of partner success campaigns and updates to educational content.
