Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with at least 10+ years of relevant Contracts, Subcontracts, Procurement Administration, or directly related experience; or Master’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant Contracts, Subcontracts, Procurement Administration, or directly related experience. An additional four years’ experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong technical acumen in M365
  • An in-depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR and experience with different contract types
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to make recommendations and effectively bring projects to completion
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.
Responsibilities
  • Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.
  • Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Lead a team of 2 - 3 skilled contract professionals.
  • Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.
