Responsibilities
  • Ensure high service standards for guests and achieve the department's qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Represent the hotel's image and atmosphere through an exemplary attitude, a warm welcome, availability, and frequent presence in operational areas.
  • Manage and motivate teams to improve sales and the quality of food and beverage services.
  • Increase sales and productivity across food and beverage points of sale.
  • Lead Soap Factory projects and identity features within the department.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction, handle guest comments and complaints, and ensure follow-up.
  • Develop close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and provide a warm, personalized welcome.
  • Organize and supervise preparation of points of sale according to activity forecasts.
  • Ensure reference standards are applied and sales materials are well presented.
  • Plan menu changes, set prices, and organize daily work in coordination with the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Work actively on all shifts alongside the team and lead by example.
  • Manage online training and the food and beverage points of sale.
  • Develop team spirit and motivation by creating a positive working atmosphere.
  • Participate in or validate recruitment and organize the welcome and integration of new employees.
  • Prepare or check work schedules and ensure alignment with activity forecasts.
  • Prepare training plans with managers under the role's responsibility and follow them up.
  • Prepare and implement the department's commercial action plan.
  • Set daily sales targets for the team.
  • Analyze guest comments and share them with the team.
  • Launch and deploy local marketing initiatives to increase revenue.
  • Administer and manage brunch operations, including marketing and emailing attendees.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, administrative, and audit procedures in line with internal audit guidelines.
  • Prepare, implement, and verify internal checks.
  • Supervise restaurant purchasing and manage stock.
  • Maintain department equipment and cultural assets in good condition and working order.
  • Check completed inventories.
  • Manage gross margin, invoice control, and payroll.
  • Maintain equipment and furniture in good condition.
  • Ensure machinery operates reliably and follow up on technical work.
  • Ensure all food and beverage areas are clean and comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Create action plans based on hygiene analysis results and track implementation.
  • Apply and enforce hotel security regulations, including fire-safety procedures.
