Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with water resources, drinking water, and/or wastewater
  • Licensed PE in Pennsylvania
  • Increasing skills in creativity and judgment in application of engineering
  • Increased knowledge of software appropriate for the discipline, showing proficiency in multiple programs specific for this
  • Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Advanced recognition of the need for and development of design
  • Perform complex analysis and
  • Check and sign off on basic design calculations and plan
  • Layout drawings for a component and demonstrate an understanding of relationship to the whole
  • Design elements/components of a project and coordinate development with other elements and disciplines within the
  • Demonstrate understanding between specifications, cost estimates and pay
  • Assume responsibility for assigned design calculation files, assuring adequate independent QC reviews on that.
