  • 8+ years of total software development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar field
  • Experience in crafting and developing large scale distributed systems and scalable backend services using a microservices architecture
  • Strong language skills using Go, Java, C++, C#, and/or Python
  • High bar for quality as shown by code reviews, documentation, unit and integration testing
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar field or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in payments/FinTech engineering
