Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • RN, LPN, or equivalent clinical licensure preferred
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • At least 5 years of experience in the following areas in a healthcare setting: Dialysis or Pharmacy experience preferred, Experience with project management, problem solving, strategy development and alignment, Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, Experience working in highly matrixed organization, Ability to work within a fast-moving work environment, Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Participates in creation and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Management department goals
  • Manages and oversees assigned projects with significant accountability; meets expectations to 'get stuff done'
  • Builds on clinical vision to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and build business cases for initiatives, to measure and achieve goals
  • Utilizes strong problem-solving abilities to take complex issues, develop detailed plans, and coordinate execution
  • Assists in the detailed review/development of training materials and other collateral in support of clinic teammates
  • Collaborates with other Village departments such as Pharos IT and others to manage the ongoing development and enhancements of the system
  • Helps with reporting and presenting the work that CPM does with other stakeholders
