Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CRCM or similar industry-recognized compliance certification(s) preferred
  • 5+ years of compliance experience in credit card, consumer lending, banking, fintech, or other financial regulatory compliance industry
  • Understanding of credit and banking laws and regulations including UDAAP, ECOA, MLA/SCRA, FCRA, GLBA, and associated regulations
  • Experience querying data and utilizing data visualization tools
  • Track record of supporting key Compliance initiatives
  • Experience working at a financial technology company that operates through a bank partnership preferred
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the Compliance Testing & Monitoring program
  • Partner with and advise business stakeholders on regulatory requirements
  • Own workstreams that feed into the Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessment
  • Manage implementation of controls to support changes in the company’s product and features
  • Support compliance issue management framework and ensure timely remediation of issues
  • Gather, review, and analyze data to evaluate potential issues and risks
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports on key risk indicators
  • Support day-to-day compliance operations for the credit card product line
  • Support the Head of Compliance and other members of the Compliance team as needed
