Requirements
  • Salesforce expertise: a minimum of 4+ years working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years specializing in Agentforce Revenue Management (Formerly Revenue Cloud or RCA), CPQ, or Salesforce Billing projects
  • Mathematical / financial fluency: solid understanding of pricing and discounting calculations, proration, and accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Document generation and e-signature tools: hands-on experience with Omnistudio Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature solutions
  • Integration fundamentals: foundational understanding of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms including Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365
  • Salesforce configuration: proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations
  • Custom solutions: experience in building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Development skills: familiarity with Apex and Omniscript
  • Data analytics: expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics
  • Integration tools: knowledge of integration concepts and tools like MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement custom code solutions which leverage Apex, Javascript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Omniscript, and Business Rules Engine
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects on client solutions to provide detailed and sound solution designs
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
  • Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity
  • Provide data models for tailor-made customizations (with Solution Architects).
  • Perform code reviews
  • Ensure technical solutions meet client’s business requirements
  • Perform unit testing for client use cases
  • Assist in Deployment between environments
  • Manage technical collateral for hand off at the end of the project
  • Commit changes to source control and open pull requests
  • Review and merge work in source control
  • Run data deployments (sandbox seeding) to test features
  • Run final releases to production and be able to roll back or restore if needed

Wanting to set the precedent for exceptional service and remain technology forward-thinking while reducing contact center costs through increased efficiency, Florida Prepaid partnered with Salesforce and NeuraFlash to leverage the latest technologies to better achieve these goals. Building the foundation: Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice. In early 2024, Florida Prepaid underwent a large-scale contact center migration, moving to Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice. This solution has helped handle demand peaks and enabled greater scalability in the contact center. Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, alongside Amazon Connect, introduced new capabilities like real-time transcription, intent-based routing, and a single unified customer view for human Agents.
