  • At least 2 years of sales (preferably inside sales) or customer service experience
  • Ability to handle large volume of outbound calls and chats (100+/day)
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Experience using a CRM tool
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Tuesday-Saturday availability
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth qualification on 100+ leads daily and adhere to our established lead process as outlined in our training manual.
  • Leverage our CRM tool to engage with prospective patients through text, email or phone communication, aiming to arrange either an in-clinic or virtual consultation.
  • Be responsible for establishing and meeting specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals as part of your role.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
