Responsibilities
  • Develop a co-selling strategy with channel partners within leveraging their expertise to enhance our offerings
  • Secure ongoing partner preference and investment in Mason solutions with midmarket and enterprise accounts
  • Establish clear goals and priorities; translate strategy into action plans; keep the business focused on the core drivers of profitable growth
  • Hold self and partners accountable for onboarding goals against a timeline
  • Create and develop business plans, and Go-to-Market efforts with targeted incentive programs to drive sales and profitability through this channel
  • In cooperation with marketing and sales enablement, develop sales materials to support our channel sales efforts
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota
  • Serve as the internal subject matter connector for the partner's solutions and technology by developing a deep understanding of partner's strategies and offerings and how they combine with Mason's solutions to meet customer needs
