Requirements
  • First and foremost - a strong desire to help people succeed in a professional environment. This role is responsible for creating an incredible employee experience for all Circlers through program management and operational excellence
  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent or Learning Coordinator or a role with similar responsibilities in a professional organization
  • Experience coordinating multiple learning events across multiple time zones, regions and audiences
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools is preferred
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Apple MacOS preferred
  • Familiarity with the Crypto landscape is preferred
  • Some travel may be required
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage a calendar for Circle University and additional talent development programs
  • Cultivate relationships with relevant Circle stakeholders to facilitate collaborative content development, effective learning needs assessment, and provide a channel for direct and constructive feedback on learning programs
  • Support learning facilitators and instructional designers in achieving departmental goals
  • Gather and format data to provide visibility into training participation, trends, survey feedback, etc
  • Manage Talent Development budgeting and cost incurrances
  • Market available Talent Development programs to employees and provide necessary information about sessions; encourage participation and track progress
  • Manage the logistical planning and organizing of learning activities and programs (class preparation, facilitator engagement, and equipment set up)
  • Design, prepare and order developmental aids and materials and recommend materials and resources based on audience needs
  • Gather and analyze information from employees, trainers and management on Talent programs and training
  • Support the Talent Development team with preparing presentation decks, surveys and forms, etc
  • Provide event support for company wide meetings and events led by the Talent team
  • Provide general administrative support including calendar management, organizing meetings, travel administration, and expense reporting as needed
  • Research and define areas of opportunity for improvement across the team
