Responsibilities
  • Develop and close business opportunities in the marine and power generation sectors.
  • Expand and engage with the client base through early positioning and consultative selling.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market-specific solutions and customer requirements.
  • Evaluate inquiries, register opportunities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and identify new sales leads.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, including technical demonstrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with company activities, industry trends, and relevant regulations.
  • Create and execute sales and service plans to ensure order and revenue growth.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to represent the company.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing feedback.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the marine and/or power generation markets.
  • Background in controls, automation, or related industries; experience with Woodward products is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
