Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's Degree and 10+ years of experience
  • No less than two (2) years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment, with at least one (1) year of that total being within the past 5 years
  • Demonstrated experience applying technical standards, principles, and theories in software development and infrastructure automation
  • Extensive experience with DevOps tools for CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, and automation
  • Strong understanding of software development, testing, and release processes
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools for deployment and infrastructure management
  • Proficient in security best practices to protect applications from cybersecurity threats
  • Ability to work under general supervision, providing solutions to technical challenges of moderate complexity.
Responsibilities
  • Design and build automated solutions for application deployment in customer-facing environments
  • Automate operational processes, including development, testing, and software release activities
  • Develop, test, and maintain infrastructure provisioning tools to support continuous delivery
  • Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure to enhance software lifecycle processes
  • Work with stakeholders and developers to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Test and examine code written by others, ensuring quality and security compliance
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, developing software updates and fixes as needed
  • Ensure system security and compliance by implementing best practices for cybersecurity threats
  • Manage infrastructure projects and processes, optimizing system performance and reliability
  • Monitor deployment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Handle code deployments across all environments, ensuring seamless updates and minimal downtime
  • Provide technical guidance and educate team members on DevOps best practices and operational strategies
  • Develop and maintain configuration standards for infrastructure security and reliability.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud automation tools
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve operational workflows
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills to train teams on DevOps practices.
