Responsibilities
  • Build a deep understanding of how B2B SaaS companies scale their business with Customer Success support for customers, specifically in the SMB space
  • Test and analyze our scaled process to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement as we pilot a new way of supporting a subset of our customers
  • Analyze the success of our automation processes and identify ways to shift the processes to provide better support for our customers at scale
