Responsibilities
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving software-related problems reported by end-users
  • Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
  • Communicate with users in a professional and customer-friendly manner
  • Gather and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of software issues and their step-by-step resolutions
  • Contribute to the development and updating of a knowledge base for internal reference
  • Collaborate with other members of the software support team to share knowledge and insights
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvement
  • Actively engage in training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge
  • Stay informed about the latest software versions, updates, and industry best practices
  • Prioritize and manage support tickets efficiently to meet established service level agreements
  • Work on multiple tasks concurrently while ensuring the quality and accuracy of solutions
  • Seek feedback from supervisors, mentors, and peers to improve performance
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to incorporating feedback for continuous improvement
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information related to software support
