- Contribute to the development and updating of a knowledge base for internal reference
- Collaborate with other members of the software support team to share knowledge and insights

- Actively engage in training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge
- Stay informed about the latest software versions, updates, and industry best practices
- Prioritize and manage support tickets efficiently to meet established service level agreements
