The combined company will operate under the Tecomet name, with Andreas Weller serving as CEO. The merged entity operates 24 manufacturing locations across multiple countries, offering capabilities including precision machining, additive manufacturing, forging, casting and advanced finishing. The combination aims to provide customers with more comprehensive manufacturing services, expanded design capabilities and a more resilient global supply base. Integration will be phased to minimise disruption whilst maintaining focus on safety, quality, regulatory compliance and on-time delivery. The company plans to invest in advanced manufacturing, automation and operational excellence to support long-term customer growth and innovation.
