The Cloud Managed Services Operations team within Cloud Managed Services provides support to run the business including the following: financial management, billing and collections, practice communications, business development and sales strategy support, practice budgeting, utilization and leadership support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dot Net Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using the .NET framework. The Dot Net Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide feedback and support.

Technical Expertise:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust .NET applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and design phases.
• Prepare technical documentation and create project plans.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and DevOps.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Facilitate technical discussions and presentations.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Implement best practices and optimize development processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of [8-9] years of experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a development team.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and other related technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Familiarity with database design, SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
