• Working with business and IT stakeholders to lead project dependency workshops to support project sequencing and prioritization.
• Establishing project management methodology, standards, practices, processes, and artifacts
• Supporting the change management within the organization
• Defining and leading change management activities based on awareness of the details of the changes and groups being impacted.
• Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members, and helping to influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Managing expectations with senior leadership and key stakeholders and effectively communicating all aspects of project delivery (reporting at all stakeholder levels).

Are you our next Senior, IT Project Manager?

• You have a relevant university degree or technical diploma and a minimum of 7+ year’s related experience. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• You should have your PMP, Activate, or SCRUM Master certification or equivalent.
• You have a solid understanding of PMO methodologies.
• You are an excellent collaborator while also being able to work effectively with a team.
