Requirements
  • 5+ years as a product designer
  • 2+ years as a product design manager
  • Advanced product thinking and experienced with UX design process (good visual communication, including fast sketches, wireframes, and flow diagram)
  • Strong portfolio with supporting UX study cases
  • Capacity in tackling complicated design problems for different markets
  • Proficient in product design tools (Figma, Sketch, or XD)
Responsibilities
  • Lead the product design team, provide guidance and mentorship to other designers
  • Ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and the future of mobile connectivity
  • Determine and prioritize initiatives and backlog
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers new features in our existing web portal, as well as Android and iOS app
  • Collaborate with product managers and other cross functional stakeholders on building new features into our SaaS platform
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure accurate, high-quality feature implementation
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers
  • Creating a fun environment that empowers you

Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience working in a B2B2C environments

  • Working knowledge of Jira
  • Familiarity w/ SDLC processes (Scrum certification preferred)
  • Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in New York. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, OXIO offers equity (where applicable), and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, and paid leave (including PTO) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in New York is: $145,000 - $175,000
