  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Manager, Product Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar role within a SaaS company, focused on enterprise software.
  • Strong techno-functional understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and their ecosystems, including integration points, business processes, and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of engaging with strategic customers, presenting product roadmaps, and influencing product development based on customer feedback.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, engineering, and customer success.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex customer environments and technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with market trends and emerging technologies in the ERP and enterprise software space.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with strategic customers to present the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with their business and technical objectives, and financial system landscape (e.g. SAP/Oracle)
  • Where necessary, conduct in-depth analysis of customer business processes to identify how Zuora can support and enhance their operations.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify product gaps and integration needs, particularly in relation to their ERP systems and the broader ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Product Management to relay customer feedback, driving enhancements and new features that align with market needs.
  • Assist in developing solutions for enterprise customers providing insight into personas, pain points, business challenges, positioning, and solution needs from Zuora’s product suite.
  • Partner with ERP system integrators, and internal teams to help validate integration of Zuora’s product suite with customers’ ERP ecosystem ensuring alignment with customer processes
  • Support the GTM team by providing technical expertise, and assisting with sales motions with strategic enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with services & customer success teams to ensure overall successful product implementation that aligns with customer business processes and ERP integration requirements
  • Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in ERP systems and related technologies, to provide insights that influence product strategy and development
  • Drive co-innovation initiatives with key customers and ecosystem partners, developing solutions that leverage both the Zuora’s product suite and the customer’s ERP systems.
