Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A background in business administration or equivalent work experience is preferred, with three years of experience preferred.
  • The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • The employee must pass a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities
  • Renew current contractor licenses with each state or agency for National Construction.
  • Apply for new contractor licenses as needed for National Construction.
  • Assist with prequalification packages.
  • Update manhour history from current projects.
  • Work with current project staff to gather indirect costs for future bids.
  • Solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors as part of bid management.
  • Assist with preparing bid documents.
  • Support estimating with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
  • Report safety violations to the immediate supervisor and follow established safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
