Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
  • 6-12 years of private equity secondaries experience
  • Acute attention to accuracy and detail
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and proactive communication skills
  • Leadership capabilities to drive transactions and projects to close
  • Thorough understanding of fund finance fundamentals and key considerations of credit agreements
  • Knowledge and experience in best-in-class fund management practices to optimize credit and cash utilization
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with overlapping priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Experience with JIRA, Power BI, Excel, Power Pivot, Ontra and document management solutions
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, highly organized and fearlessly persistent
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain enhanced transparency reporting for financing pipelines and status of existing deals
  • Prepare memos and analyses for presentation to investment teams to support capital markets decisions
  • Lead end-to-end closing processes across lenders, ratings agencies, counsels and internal stakeholders
  • Build technology enabled data driven decision frameworks to drive capital management decisions
  • Support continuous technology improvements, integrations and implementations across the platform
  • Manage and develop staff to drive successful outcomes for the individuals, team and organization
  • Gather market intelligence to ensure we are receiving best in class terms and on top of market trends
  • Support special projects as assigned and needed
