Requirements
  • Associates degree, preferred.
  • 1 to 3 year’s experience in general business.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project/process management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday/ERP systems, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service, educating current and former personnel on benefits, eligibility, and resolving related issues.
  • Manage and process TCK college allowance applications in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Analyze and process life and property insurance billing, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Handle life insurance death claims, guiding beneficiaries through the process and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist the Sr. Benefits Specialist in retirement contributions, resource fairs, and updates to internal systems.
