CAD Drafter

Salary Range: 70000 to 90000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for commercial and residential construction projects using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
• Ensure that all drawings adhere to building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project changes.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and verify drawing accuracy as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimates based on drawings.
• Provide support to the project team during the construction phase to address design-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, templates, and drafting guidelines.
