Responsibilities
  • Assist in the ideation, creation, and refinement of fan engagement products, working on all stages of the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights that will guide product enhancements and optimize the fan experience.
  • Work with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure product strategies align with overall business objectives and meet the needs of fans.
  • Participate in user research, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product features and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining product documentation, creating reports, and supporting internal presentations that communicate product performance and insights.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Support the planning and execution of go-to-market activities, helping to ensure product launches are well-coordinated and effective.
