Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience selling complex solutions within the asset management and insurance industries, managing high profile clients
  • Excellent product and technical knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and client facing skills with the ability to articulate a technical solution and the ability and knowledge to explain the benefits and features to the client
Responsibilities
  • Identify the services and support clients will need to make effective and productive use of Beacon products. Project Management and strong Business Analysis skills required to create technical installation programs that minimize disruption for clients
  • Monitor product and technical performance and identify opportunities to cross sell/upsell or to modify products so they meet customer needs more effectively
  • Provide reports on the technical health of the client to the wider Beacon org and advise customers on new solutions or products that may be suitable for their business
  • Hold regular review meetings with clients to discuss any issues or problems and provide feedback to the wider organization
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Be the main point of contact in all commercial matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Manage accurate client records , including detailed strategic account plans , contract updates and renewals
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross sell to clients
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic account management and marketing plans and ensure KPI's are met
  • Ensure opportunities are accurately reflected and updated in Salesforce.com. Have strong attention to detail and process
  • Prepare for meetings and tailor communications to address business needs of potential clients
  • Work closely with the Beacon Customer Success team to improve overall client satisfaction
  • Provide weekly updates, monthly forecasts and quarterly committed forecasts of account management sales activity and volume to the management team
