  • Ability to read, write, and audit at a high level for quality control, proof reading, and editing purposes.
Responsibilities
  • Supervising, auditing, and approving the reviewing, updating, entering, and submitting of billing entries to clients according to their timeline and other requirements.
  • Overseeing the processing of incoming funds, managing communication with clients and third parties regarding these funds, and ensuring incoming funds are sent out to clients timely and accurately.
  • Directing and managing the team's processing of close instructions from clients with final billing requests.
  • Performing final review and quality assurance on final sale funds results, overseeing the request for necessary checks for all parties, and ensuring the funds are sent to the required parties.
  • Managing and monitoring the team's high-volume email correspondence to ensure timely, courteous, and thorough responses.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic, congenial relationships with business associates, borrowers, and lenders, serving as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Setting standards for and ensuring exceptional customer service from the team at every level of interaction, including timely status updates and follow-up.
  • Auditing and ensuring consistent and accurate updates in the firm’s internal case management system, as well as all lender systems.
  • Managing team performance, workflow, and capacity, and performing other supervisory duties and responsibilities as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.
