Requirements
  • 4-5 years of relevant wholesale or franchise experience or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, including current trends, brands, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners, understands their needs, and present solutions
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task with strong follow up skills
  • Ability to analyze data to understand wins and losses and create effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with D365
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven with the ability to work independently and also as a part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Address partners' inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand business objectives, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration
  • Develop knowledge of the competitive landscape including merchandising and pricing
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure all projects are being executed in a timely manner in the expected standards
  • Communicate with franchise partners on any updates on design changes, pricing, shipping alerts, etc
  • Attend bi-weekly and monthly touch bases with franchise partners and execute on actionable items
  • Communicate with franchise partners and liaise with internal cross functional teams to strategize on product needs and developments
  • Collaborate with VM and retail teams to ensure franchise partners are aligned with each seasonal direction
  • Conduct weekly and monthly analysis on sales and performance
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations to track performance to support decision-making process
  • Market: prepare all market related documents for partners and conduct market appointments either virtual or in the New York Showroom
