We’re seeking an exceptional professional to lead relationships with elite agencies, global consortia, and top tour operators across France and Southern Europe. As a key strategic Account Director, you’ll build and nurture high-value partnerships, identify new revenue opportunities, and design forward-thinking account strategies that drive growth and market share. You’ll collaborate across global teams to deliver innovative, high-touch solutions for our most valued clients.
Lead and manage a portfolio of luxury-focused accounts, including premium travel agencies and tour operators.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to optimise performance across brands, regions, and market segments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, representing a full 360° view of the relationship.
Engage and align internal teams - from global sales and marketing to operations, loyalty, partnerships, and brand - to deliver cohesive, impactful results.
Drive all aspects of account management, including RFPs, client communications, event participation, and B2B marketing initiatives.
Understand client needs to deliver tailored, differentiated solutions that maximise mutual value.
Consistently deliver on revenue and market share growth targets, fuelling success for our Luxury & Lifestyle brands and the wider business.
What You Bring
Proven experience in the global Luxury & Lifestyle hospitality sector, with deep expertise in the French marketplace.
Strong relationships with major travel management companies, luxury consortia, and high-end tour operators in France.
In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality brands and competitor landscapes.
Ability to lead across diverse, multicultural teams and organisations.
Strategic thinking with a creative edge - capable of developing innovative, client-centric solutions.
Exceptional experience in sales planning, business development, and performance management.
Exceptional commercial acumen and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience within franchise or ownership networks is an advantage.
Fluency in French and English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency highly desirable.
Ability and readiness to travel as business needs dictate (approximately 40–50% of the role)
