Requirements
  • Prior banking experience in fraud, online or operational risk management
  • Technical/business analysis experience
  • e-commerce experience
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • SQL or SAS experience for business and risk analysis
  • Strong Project Management ability
  • Experience with root cause analysis, risk assessments, and risk assessment processes

Responsibilities
  • Analyze fraud risk by identifying the risks associated with retail (business/consumer) online originations, online/mobile banking, brokerage, cross-channel, authentication and product usage (possibly relating to channels outside of DCG)
  • Provide insightful, actionable, and analytic based recommendations that consider fraud exposure, unauthorized transactions, fraud risks & vulnerabilities, and fraud losses
  • Provide detailed analytical data assessments and review detailed fraud data. Provide actionable feedback to inform fraud loss strategies or to help drive decisions around fraud controls or remediation
  • Support the creation and completion of Fraud and Authentication Risk Assessments
  • Help drive the documentation of detailed fraud risk vulnerabilities, threats, controls, and scenarios including analysis, presentations, coordination and communication with SMEs and business partners, and project management/coordination during the entire Fraud Risk Assessment process
  • Provide analytic and process support on operating losses, fraud risk assessments, and other product strategies to ensure DCG goals and objectives are met; review and analyze fraud trends and scenarios, and be able to communicate the process to others
  • Create high quality presentations for DCG managers and leaders to review detailing fraud loss scenarios and assessments of results
  • Partner with and help support Fraud Operations, Product Management, and Technology teams as well as external partners
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
