Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, business analysis or strategy
  • Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner with executives to assist in driving the strategic agenda
  • Highly collaborative; has excellent communication skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with an understanding of, and appreciation for, how marketing operates
  • An energetic, creative and fun-loving personality that fosters an environment built upon trust, collaboration, and belonging
  • Highly-motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously and can independently take initiative
  • Proven ability to lead moderate sized cross functional teams to drive complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction
  • Proven experience in operating with discretion when handling highly sensitive issues
  • Master’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing role (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience leading horizontal projects in a large, complex and in matrixed organization (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • set & execute an intentional, clear and compelling communication strategy for the CMO within Marketing & Field Analytics, across BC&P, and to senior leaders; this includes a variety of always-on communications (e.g., newsletters, launch updates) as well as ad-hoc (e.g., executive updates)
  • help attract and grow its talent by continuing to develop programing for associate onboarding, skill development (e.g., Magnet University), performance management, etc.
  • continue evolution of Magnet culture, creating a fun, inclusive team environment that people want to join and stay. Directing all programming (e.g., Town Halls, Offisites), events (e.g., EOY event), budgeting, and ongoing assessment (e.g., AAS analysis)
  • Partner closely with the CoS and LT to drive the forward leaning direction for the team and create a cross functional view of the destination. Facilitate the creation of presentations that articulate the strategy to key internal and external stakeholders
