Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on complex account management and negotiations
  • Local fitness industry knowledge. Advanced understanding of market trends and competitor activities in the fitness industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience selling into gyms in the fitness, health, and or wellness industry a plus.
  • Outstanding phone presence and willingness to make multiple phone, email contacts, and visits per day.
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, and Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Prior experience in the fitness industry and B2B sales are mandatory requirements
Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire commercial process, from prospecting to negotiations and close deals with Wishlist partners, including gym networks and key market players.
  • Focus on complex negotiations for partners and longer sales cycles due to multi-location coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and a successful transition to the key account management team.
  • Work closely with the Partner Integration team to ensure smooth technical integrations.
  • Assist the success team in guiding the partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our network.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and possess a well-established network within the country's fitness industry.
