  • Maintaining regular check-ins with customers
  • Promptly responding to support tickets and chat inquiries
  • Owning full life-cycle account management process
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM for logging customer interactions
  • Logging customer interactions promptly and generating specific feedback items
  • Maintaining a customer health-scoring system
  • Achieving a minimum of 5 calls per week with prospects and customers
