Requirements
  • 12+ years of combined leadership experience leading product or engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of Analytics, Insights, BI, AdTech and/or MarTech
  • Passion for the art of Product Management
  • Technical and analytical skills
  • Experience working with Data Analytics and BI tools
  • Strong Systems Thinking
  • People management skills
  • Ability to communicate with and influence engineering teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities
  • Experience working with Data Science teams
  • Champion of design thinking
  • Experience building platforms that support multiple products
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary stakeholder and the evangelist for our CX Platform
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on product strategy and priorities
  • Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for our CX Platform
  • Ideate new products to further expand DISQO’s CX platform
  • Create go-to-market strategies for new product offerings
  • Partner with Sales & Customer Success teams to consistently engage with clients
  • Build a strong external presence and be an external evangelist for our product vision
  • Take our hypothesis-driven/data-informed product culture to the next level
  • Build a world-class product organization
  • Define and own product OKRs & roadmap
  • Drive product planning, product definition, tactical execution, user engagement and feedback cycles
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including engineering, data science & growth marketing teams
  • Act as a role model and an advocate for our Agile and Servant Leadership culture values
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated repeat business growth and/or exit successes in high-profile startups
  • Experience with Data Science and deploying machine learning models to production
  • Experience with design thinking and user experience
  • Experience building platforms that support multiple products
