  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 3 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree from an accredited university plus 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience developing facilities planning, design, and construction schedules
  • Experience working with Microsoft Projects and Proficient in MS Excel
Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical advisor concerning project schedule development from inception to completion for facilities project planning/design/bid/construction/closeout
  • Work with Facilities Project Leads and all project stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules and related tasks
  • Incorporate critical program and function milestone need dates
  • Develop and maintain project schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types
  • Monitor and actively participate in evaluating project and program scheduling issues while administering best practices and standards
  • Obtain accurate and timely project schedule updates from the project team and perform QA/QC on information received
  • Create and develop conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types including large complex multi-year facilities projects
  • Perform Critical Path analyses
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management
  • Walk the construction sites as needed and check the contractor’s weekly/monthly schedule progress; provide reports to the project AOR and upper management
  • Effectively communicate with the Contractor regarding all schedule/progress-related matters and concerns in the weekly status meetings and all other schedule-related meetings
  • Perform Project Schedule QA/QC reviews regularly
  • Prepare reports as needed and directed by Management
