Responsibilities
  • Support and manage relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and maximize engagement
  • Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with partner leadership, field teams, and operational stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate complex partnership initiatives, product launches, pilot programs, and go-to-market activities across multiple teams
  • Manage cross-functional coordination between Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
  • Own project timelines, identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Generate and manage opportunities for partner events, field activations, conferences, and engagement campaigns
  • Be available to travel monthly to support partner relationship management and field initiatives
  • Maintain strong awareness of automotive industry trends, partner priorities, dealership operations, and competitive partnership activity
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with Automotive OEMs, large dealer groups, or automotive technology providers
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Understanding of OEM programs, auto dealerships, or the automotive dealer technology space
  • Ability to analyze partner performance metrics to inform strategy
