Responsibilities
Manage returns, damages, and tester returns.
Organize and maintain the stockroom and stock placement within the boutique.
Properly merchandise and implement visual directives, and oversee all window installations.
Partner with the Retail Operations department on all work orders.
Order office and collateral supplies.
Lead physical inventory.
Update and maintain boutique information technology systems with support from the Retail Operations and Information Technology departments.
Manage all customer shipments, including outbound shipments and returns.
Champion and drive the customer experience while modeling and maintaining customer experience standards.
Drive the retail sales plan at the store level and exhibit accountability for the overall function of the Creed Sales Team, including supporting the achievement of the sales plan in all designated stores in the market.
Achieve personal sales goals by developing relationships throughout the store to promote Inter Parfums brands and cross-sell, including presale and launch goals set by the Inter Parfums Manager.
Support and execute action plans based on the market calendar to maximize sales, including executing presale launches and events in stores while partnering with Inter Parfums Managers.
Drive sales by stepping away from the counter to engage with customers and build brand awareness.
Own event presale goals and setup.
Communicate or escalate store, counter, and product concerns to the Inter Parfums Manager or the appropriate person.
Open and close the boutique.
