  • Proven track record of a similar position within a Luxury Food Retail environment.
  • 2 years or more working within a high volume and fast-paced coffee environment are essential.
  • Experience in overseeing and training a team (preferred).
  • Relevant training by a coffee-based business.
Responsibilities
  • Constantly innovate the hot beverage and retail offering to ensure a market leading series of products.
  • Ensure all colleagues actively follow the HACCP standards and maintain the condition of all equipment and facilities of The Peninsula Boutique & Cafe.
  • Ensuring that the team receives an in-depth induction program in line with defined guidelines and maintains a high level of understanding and awareness of the Peninsula Principles.
  • Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with productive working relationships.
